We offer staff that maintains a comprehensive understanding of domestic and international acquisition processes and acquisition initiatives. Our team has extensive knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations including, but not limited to, the Arms Export Control Act (AECA) regulations and the regulatory requirements administered by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), U.S. Department of State, detailed in the International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) regulations.
