Why we collect personal and company information

A²I collects and uses your personal and company information to give you superior customer service, for communications strategy development, and to produce a product in line with your specific communication objectives. In addition, we use your personal and company information to keep you up to date on the important announcements, special offers, and other information we think you might be interested to hear about. We may also use your personal information to contact you to participate in market research and/or client satisfaction surveys to help us gauge and improve the quality of our products and/or services.

We collect information about you and/or your company in several ways. Personal information is also collected through third-party sources (when we acquire a mailing list), or when you submit a resume for employment consideration. When we disclose personal or company information

Because A²I works with carefully selected outside sources and supporting companies including, but not limited to, commercial printers, Internet service providers, certain external designers and developers, and shipping companies to help us in the ordinary course of business, your personal and/or company information may need to be shared with third parties. However, your personal and company information will only be shared to the degree that is necessary for these entities to properly complete their work requirements. On the basis of existing agreements and/or recognition of similar privacy practices, policies, and or philosophies, they in turn will endeavor to protect the limited personal and/or company information that is entrusted upon them in accordance with the A²I Client Privacy Policy.

At times, we could be required by law or legal process to disclose your personal or company information. We may also disclose information about you if we believe that disclosure is necessary for public safety or national security. A²I will not—under any circumstance and in any manner—transfer, disclose, share, sell, rent, or make available your personal or company information to third parties.

You always have access to the personal information we have about you. You have access to the information we have about your company to the degree that we are authorized in writing by an officer of your company to release it to you. Our commitment to privacy

To make certain that your personal and company information remain confidential, we make these privacy guidelines available to every A²I employee and provider. Moreover, every A²I employee is asked to commit to our privacy policy by a signing non-disclosure agreement.

Should we use your personal information differently from that stated herein or at the time of collection, we will try to contact you via email using the most recent information we have. If you have not given us permission to communicate with you, you will not be contacted, nor will we use your personal or company information in any new manner. The A²I Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time. We encourage you to review it with regularity to learn of any changes.
