Job Description:

Allied Associates is seeking an experienced professional to support our customer with the receipt, processing, entry and management of various legal orders and information.  The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in providing customer service by interfacing, both in person and over the phone, with outside customer partners to provide troubleshooting assistance with information delivery.  This position requires an individual with great attention to detail and the ability to quickly and accurately review and input data.  Individuals should be able to thrive in an environment that can be rapidly paced at times and should be comfortable working on tasks that, while sometimes repetitive, are of critical importance to the customer’s operational mission achievement. 

The successful individual will be someone with experience and comfort working within a team while maintaining the ability to independently complete tasks under tight deadlines.  This position requires a 24/7 on-call duty week rotation (approximately once every four weeks) and the ability to support the customer during core working hours (between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday-Friday).  Individuals must currently hold a Top Secret clearance and have the ability to successful undergo and pass a counter-intelligence polygraph after the commencement of their support.


Requirements:

High School diploma

1-3 years’ experience in data entry and customer service
