Allied Associates International (A2I) incorporates Quality Assurance into in every program in our portfolio.  Quality Assurance (QA) is obtained through advanced planning and assignment of qualified staff resources and tools for use in program and project management.   A2I’s documented QA policy requires employees to perform their work in a quality manner, to meet the customer’s requirements, and to document potential risks for effective mitigation. 


With support and input from the senior management team, A2I’s Director of Contracts reviews contract performance on a quarterly basis to confirm adherence to contract performance requirements and standards and to monitor preventive and corrective actions as appropriate.  Problems identified during the performance of a project are quickly assessed by the management team.  Each member of the team is encouraged to identify potential QA issues at all levels of each program.


A2I’s QA procedures ensure that all risks are identified, prioritized, communicated, analyzed, mitigated, and tracked to resolution.
